I love my banana bread. I have to say it didn’t come easy for me though. After many failed attempts, which include but are not limited to, overflowing batter in the oven, using 13 cups of sugar in one batch (read the recipe wrong), and using rancid oil I am thankful to have such a great recipe.
It has taken me 33 years to nail it down ( I am not a baker), but I feel like I am set now. It’s nice so know I have a winner recipe in my back pocket when I need it.
