Except this frosting is A-mazing!
Irish Whiskey Vanilla Frosting
- 1 cup softened Irish Kerry-gold butter (If you have not tried this butter. Get your butt to the store and pay the extra $2. It will change your life.)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 to 4 teaspoons Irish whiskey
Using a mixer, beat the soft butter until smooth.
With the mixer running on low, add powdered sugar and vanilla.
Add whiskey, 1 teaspoon at a time, until desired taste.
Beat on high for 2 more minutes until light and fluffy.
