Irish Whiskey Vanilla Frosting

Irish whiskey vanilla frosting

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup softened Irish Kerry-gold butter (If you have not tried this butter.  Get your butt to the store and pay the extra $2.  It will change your life.)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2 to 4 teaspoons Irish whiskey

Directions:

Using a mixer, beat the soft butter until smooth.
With the mixer running on low, add powdered sugar and vanilla.
Add whiskey, 1 teaspoon at a time, until desired taste.
Beat on high for 2 more minutes until light and fluffy.
