  • Dinner – Leftover Soup and Sweet Potatoes

Monday

  • Breakfast – Homemade Granola with Coconut Milk
  • Dinner – Roasted Chicken with mashed potatoes, gravy and green beans.

Tuesday

  • Breakfast – Yogurt and Granola
  • Dinner –  Homemade arugula pesto with crunchy bread

Wednesday

  • Breakfast – Breakfast Burritos – Eggs, cheese, jalapenos, salsa,
  • Dinner – Hot Dogs, Chips, and Carrots

Thursday

  • Breakfast – Homemade Granola and Coconut milk
  • Dinner – Grilled 3 cheese sandwiches and a big spinach salad

Friday

  • Breakfast – Eggs and Toast
  • Dinner – Take out and a movie!

Saturday

  • Breakfast – Fruit smoothies and cheese
  • Dinner – Roasted vegetable enchiladas.
